Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are considered final once a personalized assessment report, or any portion of it, has been delivered or made accessible.

We offer limited refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  If any portion of the personalized cognitive assessment report has been delivered or made accessible to you.

  If you are dissatisfied with the results or insights provided, as assessments are subjective and based on the information submitted by the parent or guardian.

  If you fail to use or access the service within the subscription or access period.

3. Progressive Report Delivery

Our cognitive assessment reports are delivered progressively.
As you complete each cognitive metric (e.g., processing speed, visual thinking, verbal memory), the corresponding section of the report becomes available.
Access to any part of the report shall be deemed partial delivery of the service.
Once any section has been delivered or accessed, that portion of the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

4. Refundable Situations

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  A technical error prevented you from accessing the assessment service after purchase.

  You were incorrectly charged due to a billing system error.

Refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Conscious Schooling LLC after a full review of the case.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must:

  Provide your full name, email address, purchase details, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Requests received after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for review.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  It will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

  Any third-party payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription:

  You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

  Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments or deliverables already accessed.
